WE ARE A SPANISH LEGAL FIRM
Lawoffice is a Spanish legal firm set up in 2002, with the idea to help foreigners in Spain deal with legal and extrajudicial disputes. Founder is the lawyer Ms. Amparo Pastor A., who specializes in private international law, town planning and real estate law. She is a member of the Bar Association of Elche.
Lawoffice is made up of a team of professionals with university degrees, who are expert lawyers and economists, with extensive experience within the tax and real estate sector, focusing on helping foreigners buying and/ or selling property in Spain.

Town planning lawyer since 1995, with a degree from the Faculty of Law-University of Murcia.
Founding director of the Lawoffice lawyers firm since 2002.
Lawyer specialising in Real Estate Law in the Costa Blanca for more than 20 years.
PhD majoring in Extrajudicial Law UMH, 1999-2001.
Master’s degree in Forensic Practice and Legal Specialization (1996-1998).
Master’s degree in Town Planning and Real Estate Development from the Instituto de Prácticas Empresariales, 2006.
Member of the Bar Association of Elche, license number 1630.
Member of CEMICAE of Elche, she has been a mediator since 2011.
Urban planning consultant for different private organisations.
Specialities: Private International Law; Administrative Law; Town Planning Law; Civil Law.

LAURA ORTUÑO GUMBAU
Lawyer since 2006, she has a degree from the Faculty of Law- Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU- Elche.
Member of the Bar Association of Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, license number 4707.
European and Commercial Law programme at Bournemouth Business School International (BBSI) in 2006.
Master’s degree in Labour Consultancy from Escuela de Formación Profesional -Madrid- 2013.
Specialist in administration, proceedings and real estate management, purchase and sales, power of attorney, wills, inheritance, house insurance…,with more than ten years’ experience in the sector.

ANDREA GRAU MARTÍNEZ
Lawyer, graduated from the University Miguel Hernandez of Elche, from 2021.
Master’s Degree in Law at the Miguel Hernandez University of Elche (2022-2023).
University Degree in Compliance Officer.
University Degree in Business and Technical Cybersecurity.
Language: Spanish.
ROSA Mª HERNANDEZ CASCALES
Tax and accounting advisor. Accounts auditor.
Business Administration Degree from the UNIVERSITY OF ALICANTE 1996.
Member of the Bar Association of Economists of Alicante. Collegiate with the number 2059.
Master in Account Auditing, 1997. Member of the REA and registered in the Institute of Accounting and Auditing of Accounts (ICAC).
Degree in Administrative Management, 1999. Member of the Bar Association of Administrative Managers of Alicante, collegiate number 329.
Qualified as Expert Accountant, 2001.
She is specialist in tax system for non-residents and residents in Spain, with more than 20 years of experience in this area.

LILL CHATRIN MARTENSSON
Responsible for the Scandinavian department.
More than 25 years of experience working with Scandinavians on the Costa Blanca. Specialized in real estate and property conveyance in Spain, powers of attorney, NIEs, wills and international inheritances.
Languages: English, Norwegian, Swedish and Spanish.

ANA ALEDO PUCHE
Head Consultant and legal assistant in the Dutch department with more than 20 years’ experience in helping Dutch nationals in Spain, managing and administrating sales and purchases, powers of attorney, wills and more.
